Overview

Born in 1980, Adel Mostafa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Photography Department (2002), an MFA (2009), and a PhD (2015) from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Alexandria University. Adel Mostafa has exhibited both in Egypt and regionally, cementing his own vision through his experiences. His practice illustrates thoughts on contemporary life, ranging from the somber to the hopeful, and his work is rooted in Egyptian landscapes and the country's unmistakable contradictions.
